There are no terms for net sales payments.

The clause about auditing consecutive quarterly sales is a clause explaining how Radient can terminate the agreement, and nothing more.

But let's wait for another 8-K/A. If one doesn't show up within 10-14 days, I think it's safe to say that the agreement is indeed final as MacLellan stated, with payments from UNI to Radient limited to a maximum of $500,000 over five years, with no additional royalties.
