In addition to what Gannicus stated....you mentioned he wants 3 million shares....unless there is a big volume day there is no way he will get that amount of shares and if it's a big volume day he will pay handsomely for it....do like what most of us have done buy in 250k and 500k increments and if he likes what he sees he buys more in the same increments of 250k or 500k and before you know it he will have his shares at a great price. Have him buy half or one third this is how you play penny stocks....he hedges his bets and lowers his risk if things go south....I've never seen a stock with the run we have stabilize this long at the still high levels we are at, normally they go all the way back down and in VDSC case that would be in the .0015-.002 range. We are at .008+ range so what does that tell you, very little selling and very loyal and patient holders.
