that was several years ago. Doesn't mean they would do it again today, esp after what they went through with CCME and the SEC lawsuit against them. I dont think any of the top 4 would take on a new Chinese company before the PCOAB vs. PRC issue has been satisfactorily resolved. Not a smallcap penny stock like SIAF anyway.
