That explanation makes sense. I was just curious if something new came out of the SHM, that implied that NEOM has changed its previously speculated goals in obtaining relationship with a SP.

I remember a long time ago, forming a partnership with an SP was seen as a critical step in deployment of our technology. This speculation may have been perpetuated by TS, and/or our DDer's on the board here, but at one point it was accepted as general knowledge. In fact, many here speculated that the "20% partner" and the SP were one in the same.

However, after numberous reports (from Personalizit & S_R_M) at CTIA's in the past, the general consensus was that we do not need a SP "partner".

When I saw Moxa's comment about needing a contract with a SP, I assumed some new info had come out of the SHM, that represented a shift back to previously held opinions. I'm sure if that is the case, JP will elaborate in his wrap up report.
