It says, “The trust's business and affairs are conducted by its trustees, which are JPMorgan Chase Bank (formerly known as The Chase Manhattan Bank), as property trustee, Chase Manhattan Bank USA, National Association, as Delaware trustee, and three regular trustees. The regular trustees are employees of Holdings. JPMorgan Chase Bank will also act as trustee under the guarantee. For more information, please refer to sec.gov.
