By the way, I think that ETrade and Schwab will merge. Don't know what that would mean for AMTD if it happened.

I am not a big fan of AMTD, but I have to say that Schwab's website is slow, slow, slow. I am interested in knowing what ETrade is like, but I'm not sure it matters at this point. There is going to be another brokerage merger in 2006. Mark my word.

The CEO of ETrade was on CNBC's "Squawk Box" the other day praising Schwab. That's why I think the deal will be between ETrade and Schwab.

I don't own either stock. I'm in enough trouble owning the stocks that I pick up here! LOL!
