It pretty clear there are no active discussions. They've been 'discussing' the RKT site for over 2 years. RKT probably dead and at the very least is not going to happen anytime soon. It certainly won't happen until such time that JBI demonstrates a working design that doesn't cost more to run than it produces in fuel revenue, and one that can run more than 10% of the time without requiring extensive maintenance.
