If you knew anything about the owner of the company making this investment/loan you would realize that they did it with a lot of care and due diligence.

I can assure you he would first know a lot more about the prospects for success of CYPW than anybody posting on this message board and he would know that his rights to buy warrants at 10 cents were worth any minor risks involved. This is an experienced business executive, an experienced hedge-fund manager and someone that has made hundreds of millions of dollars making prudent investments like this.
