ps. I would anticipate a plus $1.00 price with a reverse split IF ANYTHING.. More to the point, if this is as big as VAN has reported in his newsletter...

WE WILL SEE $1.00 or substantially more through organic growth OR proof of practical application of technology...not .03 and a gazillion shares...
