It sounds fishy, Im sorry Raider, I dont mean to offend you, but there is something terribly wrong with this case, I dont think MEI "got to" the lawyer, I think there is some information that we do not know about that killed the case. To state that MEXP will not dive again in DR because someone says they will not get a permit is kind of odd. If they can get to your lawyer, why cant they get to DR and get a permit?
