Boiler, I was thinking that very thought today as things unfolded, for all those sales there was a buyer and what will be a VERY happy buyer IMO. Still this additional thought came to mind.

A sage investor friend of mine told me something when I was holding back from what I (and they) believed would be a very lucrative investment. I haven't forgotten it:

"They say that in the markets there are two emotions that control us, FEAR, and GREED, but I submit to you that there is a third emotion, and it can be the most bitter one of all, and that is REGRET. If you don't buy, you can avoid the first two, but the third one will get you for sure as you will never forget what might have been."
