If the vote is no, and I think the "yea's" will have it, It think a deal between YRC and ABF gets done quickly. We already know the two CEO's met recently and YRC made an offer. If I'm the CEO of ABF and the vote is no, the first call I make is to YRC CEO Welch to accept his very generous offer.
