IRYS RSF stock promoter charged with fraud.
this showed up on local news this afternoon.

The Securities and Exchange Commission said Tuesday that it was charging David F. Bahr, 54, with artificially increasing the price of the stock iTrackr Systems Inc. Bahr allegedly conspired with a businessman who could influence a network of brokers. That businessman, however, was an undercover FBI agent. The U.S. Attorney's office also filed criminal charges against Bahr.
