Funny, a lot of people do care about a Form 10. Filing with the SEC means a company is (somewhat) legitimate. NOT filing with the SEC means the Company is not and is most like a complete POS. Which is why so many POS companies like GDSM fraudulently claim they are filing a Form 10 and being audited, even though they never are.

You may be up 100%, if I believe that, but most in this stock are not. The price is down 99% and there are a lot of bagholders here.
