I think the extension of the development agreement to Dec 31st is significant. Development work may be on-going into this fall. That is why they needed the 5 million.

The Cyclops evaluation kit will be evaluated by customers this fall and customer products will be developed after that. Customer's aren't going to use the Cyclops product, they are going to design their own handheld scanner designs which use the scanning technology.

IMO - New products may start to appear in the late fall at best. Customer agreements may be signed before that.
