I agree that to me as the shareholder, the last potential deal conditions with SOE were not much convenient for me/SRSR/NS. But if Chinese saw a weakness and negotiated better conditions than anticipated, why did not they take a chance and did not close the deal? I really am very curious what is/was behind the scene.
