From what I understand the union workers are saying (and I quote) the 7% wage reduction is bad enough but it is an insult to take away a week of vacation. According to the new contract it takes 8 years to get a 2 week vacation which is repulsive. (End of quote)
These are not my words they are the words of the workers. It seems the take away of the vacation time is going to kill this agreement.
On a personal note.....I don't blame them.
