If TERNE had to work out a reverse split to survive, would they be able to do this in time before falling off the NASDAQ, or after the drop to OTC/Pink -assuming of course the company continues it's trend of non-reporting? Also, don't Reverse Splits tend to work out horribly for companies that use this technique out of desperation?
