Here is the "deadline" they expressed in the last shareholder update.

Name Change, New Trading Symbol. Soon, we will make application to FINRA for approval of our corporate name change to “AirTrona International Corp.” In conjunction with that filing, we intend to apply for a new trading symbol, one that will better match our new corporate name.
However, in preparation for our FINRA-related actions, we must become current in our financial reporting responsibilities. Our efforts in this regard are ongoing and we are confident that our financial reporting will be completely current in about two weeks, around the middle of June. That said, beginning June 4, 2013, it is expected that our stock will have a “stop sign” assigned to it by www.OTCMarkets.com, until we have made our financial statement filings. While this is not the optimum situation, we believe strongly that our company and our shareholders will be better served in the long run by getting our financial reporting systems in place, our financial statements prepared in accordance with these systems and then filed with www.OTCMarkets.com.
Once these issues are behind us, we will be free to focus 100% of our efforts on all of the good things happening in our business.
