Even I didn't think it was that bad. But these guys have done nothing but bleed red ink - and you know what? Who did they bleed this cash to? Their butt-buddies!! I think they only reason they filed is to stay out of jail!! And their auditors can't make heads or tail out of their books!! They are cooked to a crisp!! All this being said, there could be a trade here somewhere, but with VFIN capping it at .0020 it does not leave much room. I see little of any shot here at all.
