You can't have much dilution if there are no buyers lined up for the new shares. Not endorsing (nor denying) the dilution theory, but without buyers the new shares can't enter the market.
Too much doubt here for new shareholders to get excited over these PRs.

Until this company makes "Current" status, it will wallow.


If you don't have a set of these you best put your money in a CD.
