For every buyer there is a seller... no kidding. I said that.

It is common and understood terminology that a "buy" is a trade at ask (or "offer" but nobody calls it that) and a "sell" is a trade at bid. Call it whatever, call a trade at ask a potato and call a trade at bid a pineapple. It doesn't matter to anyone what one person thinks it SHOULD be called because EVERYONE ELSE calls it what it is commonly understood to be... buy and sell.

The bottom line is when investors are purchasing shares at asking price, the PPS trends upwards. Years of investing data and charts prove this.

By the way, companies commonly don't dilute on the ASK (buy, offer, potato) side of the market.
