It will be interesting to see what happens when we list on FN and the Swedes brings home ~60% of the shares to Sweden. If a USA broker is playing whit our shares and we suddenly remove them from him, he will start to sweat.


There is not much to sweat about. There were only 4,429 shares reported shorted per May 31 (the latest data point). At 40 cents per share it will only require $1,772 to cover the position.

Are there additional shares shorted that are not reported? That may be case, but it is impossible to estimate. People who claim that there is significant short-selling going on in the SIAF stock are just speculating without having any factual grounds to support their claims. And even if there are short-selling going on in excess of what is being reported, it is of limited impact compared to the consequence of the massive issuance of financing shares.
