The Fool CAPS system is entirely
community based, so excuse me if I don't put too much stock into a "2-star rating." Besides, their explanation even states that Google gets a 1-star. So I guess 2 can't be too bad?

Anyway, I'm glad this is climbing back up a bit but I do feel like I just fell off my roof....
