ATDF is churning people out. He is buying shares at 1.79-1.81 and planting them all at 1.82 which in turn causes more people to get churned out and sell him shares, then once again he increases the ask and the cycle continues until people stop selling. This is healthy for any stock. My bet is that if he gets fully filled he will probably pull his ask.
