For those that are new here, for the last few week we have had a manipulator working hard at keeping the price down. You just witnessed one of the tactics, which is:

Undercut the ask/last price, then if no one buys the new lower price, tap the bid for 1,000 shares. Therefore forcing somene to buy his lowered ask.

That just happened when we were at. 07 x. 08
