Philip said that our position in China was put in place without leverging any New Market stock and claimed the impending deal in South America will be structured in the same manner. Philip stated that going on the AMX would not be a silver bullet. The Verges family has much more to gain with New Market beging a success story than any of us on this board so knowing that some of my fears have been put to rest.
