Ok, talk to any high level individual mortgage operations rep at a big five bank, talk to your local association of realtors or builders, F and F are not going away. I'm not holding out for dividends because I don't care about dividends, but I can promise you there are HUGE things in the works for F and F with banking and political support that has not hit the news wire. Book it. I have been in the industry for a long time and I have never seen a company set up for success like F and F are.
