Although the Company obtained approximately $3,000,000 from the sale of the Company's unregistered common stock during 2012, the Company requires substantial capital to execute its business plan and pay its debts



What the heck did they do with the 3 Million! If they got that kinda money and could not make it or pay down debit when the stock price was higher, they are gonna have to Pizz thru the additional 2 Billion they just authorized pretty quick to stay afloat a few more months.
