Anyone know why the B.O.D. is backing out of XRS?

On January 12, 2013 and January 14, 2013, Roger Kleppe and Chad Lindbloom, respectively, informed XRS Corporation that they do not intend to stand for re-election to the Board of Directors at the upcoming 2013 Annual Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for March 2013. "
