I have had this on watch for the last 2 months and I am starting to accumulate. The pps support has been getting stronger with the recent higher lows.

In my opinion from a technical side the chart is setting up for a move upward to about $30.

Lastly the P/E is under 8 so over time and continued constant numbers this will have a nice uptrend.

This is not a flip play, but a accumulate, hold and reinvest dividends type holding that I feel would make a great addition to a retirement portfolio.
