Technically, these shares are worth PRECISELY $1.69 per share right now. At any given time, shares are worth what someone is willing to pay for them. In fact, this could be said about anything. If someone were to ask me what my house is worth, I'd tell them the same exact thing. It's worth what someone is willing to pay for it. Same holds true for my car, my furniture, etc, etc.
