I don't agree that ECO will only supply coatings to HD. I think there will be consulting fees, involvement with lumber suppliers and possible ECO to job site direct in certain regions like using Interstate in Ct and taking a % of lumber sourced by ECO. Later licensing fees will be the commodity.
