I responded looking for dialogue around he why behind your decision, you stopped responding.
I understand that you are upset about my postings. The suspension is probably fair too. Your first words of explanation are publicly on this board.
I had a problem with the lies being posted by 2 regulars. One was removed as Mod and the other outed by the company. The TOS is written to protect malicious liars and manipulators. I realize that it's my problem to deal with. I will deal with it.
Your assertion about intimidation is simply incorrect.
If SKTO was a dungeons and dragons message board, then fictitious statements around fictitious things wouldn't be so inflammatory. The TOS should be be amended to suggest that those whose agenda is to make a career telling lies (about real investments, made by real people, in real publicly traded companies), are not welcome. Until then, iHub is suspect.
