I dont think so...the way I understood it was that BVI would contain all the current trials that are underway and that Stromacel would keep all the IP concerning the heart, diabetes, and the skin cream. But dont quote me....lol

Fogg that's the way I understand it as well. The licenses are transferred to the BVI company and Shareholders of record are compensated for this "loss" by gaining 1 share of the BVI for each share they had of PROT.

The StromCel side has a lot of potential! Heart, Diabetes, Proteoderm. IMVHO we're not losing, we're gaining.
