So is it fair to say that while we the regular folk outside the court room are wondering why it is taking HJJ so long to make his decision, the reality being lawyers on both sides are still working some final angles on the case. All this waiting has been in vain as the actual waiting will not commence until GOOG files it's final motion.

In a way, this is good. This means that things are proceeding as planned and the court is working as it is supposed to and there is no conspiracy at work here as some have implied.

I expect this to dribble into July, would be happy if it didn't.
