"Waterton Global Resources together with Apollo Global Management LLC (APO), Commodity trader Trafigura Beeher BV and Denham Capital Management LP are reported to be setting up its first natural-resources fund and are assessing at least four potential mining deals."
We now know Hollister was one of the four potential mining deals noted above so the question sits is Burnstone also one of the deals. I'm thinking they are involved, weather they got the deal with Burnstone or not will be revealed soon enough. I'm thinking a JV with GBG and Burnstone. Time will tell.
