Both way buy out or not buy out are good here because share structure is very small. This company is very future focus relate high speed and mobile industry.
Need patience here. 4M revenue generating acquisition is already done and final security will be issued in Dec if they have 4M revenue otherwise less security issued. They have only 1M debt which is due in 2014 ,2016 and 2017.
It will go easily debt free.
Hold , wait and increase position here.
