That word is 3rd information. It was 2nd hand information when the lady told reporters that. This info was leaked by the head of the group that filed a lawsuit against the GOB for their oil and gas contracts. Then she up and resigned. hmmmmmm Sounds fishy. This does not need to be reported as fact or that the word is even credible.
