Here is the half-life plot from the betabodies poster presented at AACR 2013.
Note this is for mouse versions (2aG4) of bavi and a mouse betabody.

In the phase I paper already referenced we have this for bavituximab

Mean half-life estimates ranged 37 to 44 hours
on day 0 and 46 to 47 hours on day 21. With the 1 mg/kg
dose, bavituximab concentration remained above 2 mg/
mL (the predicted therapeutic threshold based on preclinical
modeling) for 6 days. With the 3 mg/kg dose,
bavituximab concentration remained above 2 mg/mL for
7 days.

It will be very interesting to see the preclinical studies for this betabody. Does
that longer half-life in the serum make a big difference in response?
