I don't know who this sirtemp is but just a couple observations..first he has less tact than I do calling anyone who doesn't buy into the tough 12's that did this researchs conclusions an Idiot, maybe he used the word Moron. Secondly his math makes me very scared he needs to redo his numbers. he says , I paraphrase, I see this as 700% higher in 5 years, conservatively. That puts it at .14 approximately yet the preferred shares he in error referred to as restricted, ( there is supposedly very little restricted but preferred and cash) making up the most of the shares used in these deals are convertable for a 1.00. Thats a nice premium to the 700% increase you invision for us at .14 I'd like some of those restricted shares..when they are worth 50 times the current price..but hey I am cutting hairs here. Now either he doesnot know what his is talking about , I can't follow this terrific DDer's train of thought or I for one have been lied to as I have been told no less than a dozen times by all parties concerned the Authorized is currently one billion and the combo of common and restricted.. are under that number by how much I don't know but was recently told that the authorized would and could not be increased without a proxy to the shareholders with voting shares. I recollect this mainly because I thought it was a cute but umimportant catch 22 since the company within the walls of its own space could just tear up the proxy as the votes were certainly within managements hands to come up with 51%. I am in no way bashing anything about his company but I am a little fed up with the selfrighteous nature of this post and some of the ones recently protending to know what the hell is going on..you don't we don't and won't until the company tells up or shows us with transparancy via filings..TA my ass!!!!
