I posted that PR - but it was from July and it said "usually" restricted or preferred- And as you know preferred can have triggers that have to do with stock perfomance -time restriction and several other things. I know what your thinking- but wouldn't you think the comapny could just say we used xxx amount of 5 yr restricted shares for the progas or any other aquisition? We'll see how this shakes out- Thanks again for your thoughts
