Just talked to my friend that turned me on to CPSZ he had called me last night and left me a message to call him back and I did this morning after the news. He has always been dead on with his predictions and news and he told me that the companies goal was to get to .05 per share before the R/S in mid July and he believed that the reason they released the R/S news was to accumulate shares so that in fact the stock could get that high without people selling off. He said look for an extremely tight float and alot of news!!! So be ready for 30 days of pump before the meeting wooooo
