Berkley-Bio has to conceal their whereabouts - why if what they do is legal?

SKTO has to conceal the wherabouts of the property they have bought/leased - why if what they are doing is legal?

SKTO has failed to identify a single client and has failed to identify what exactly they are doing for these clients based on the state of the business today (no CEO, no employees).

The rhetoric is all about the connections Allyn has (connections with money) and yet SKTO is down substantially from the late March high (75+%).
