Quickly the rub is that 80% vs 79.9% would put the government in a position to never be able to remove c-ship as they are not allowed ownership greater than 80% of any public company at any time.

At the end of the day however I believe the warrant will be torn up as Uncle is almost paid in full anyway.
The warrant was basically collateral in the event the debt was unable to be repaid.

Having said that even with 5B s/o and c-ship free, we are golden..
