That is the worst idea ever!! Why would you recommend that people get physical certs and take their shares off the market? Do you have any idea how time consuming it is and expensive to get shares back on the market if you have them in Cert form? Especially in penny stocks when many brokers will NOT accept a cert at all!

On exchange listed stocks, conversion from cert to electronic form is doable and cost reasonable. But, on penny stocks it is a very, very bad idea.
