In one of its biggest potential distribution relationships, Bebida Beverage Company (BeBevCo), the maker of Koma Unwind relaxation drinks, has signed a Letter of Intent with a venture capital group located in Melbourne, Australia. Under the terms of the letter, the group will obtain the rights to brand management and distribution of the Koma Unwind products in Australia and New Zealand. "This strategic agreement places Koma Unwind and our other liquid relaxation products in the position for potential market dominance and penetration into the expansive regions of Australia and New Zealand," commented BeBevCo's CEO, Brian Weber.
