a few thoughts and comments,hopefully theres a company mouse on here too to read...
as i know that ceo's and etc... sometimes get so involved with the business that they can not see the forest from the trees.
has this company filed a patent to protect?
why did they choose the current state to move to? if they would of moved to ny the governor there is desperate as businesses are leaving in mass and he is starting programs for taxes and power to be low charges if not free and western ny especially niagara county would give new businesses the best of deals again on taxes and power... did the ceo's do any investigation before the move or do they just like that area?
seeing as they got burned before with orders fulled but not paid, why if they are dealing over seas did they not use an international bank for trades? as the bank would hold the customers money till the order was filled that way neither side gets burned and the bank charges a small fee for the service.
why are they hiring local reps in foreign countrys? we do have the internet and it is world wide! beleive it or not. as a few years ago i was doing business with northern africa selling product and it was all phone and internet. i was looking into trying for the asian market next but my (despot) manager / boss / owner wanted me to start with a local big box, and i got to the regional buyer for that company which would of meant big bucks if i did not leave for my own mental health!
next, why not try selling to the big boxes? why wait till the local govt's start with the bio bags etc...? why not take the first step and try selling to them as that would be great!
just a few thoughts i had while driving otr... i've got lots of time to think sometimes. and if they have an opening, i am available for a job as i do really do hate this driving otr. LOL
