Regarding Multikat's comments on seizing the company and keeping the IP all to themselves; didn't Glenn say in a recent CC that the clause allowing DMRJ to convert their options back to debt was removed? If so, doesn't that mean "seizing" any collateral has essentially been forgone by Platinum? Please correct me if I'm off base here...
