Apparently Dr. Shaw is convinced ldk378 is the way to go. She is revered by the patients who see her and after failing Xalkori they go to her to get on 378. Never mind that most of them end up with either liver toxicity or diarrhea or other problems from 378. For whatever reason and I won't comment further, Dr. Shaw seems to be among the most prominent proponents of that drug.
